Delivery

1. Delivery of Goods takes place to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the Order.

2. Delivery of the ordered Goods is carried out via:

- DPD courier company (European Union)

- FedEx (Worldwide)

It is possible to collect the ordered goods in person at: Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe "SAM" sp. z o. o. 83-110 Tczew, ul.Borchardta 13, Poland From Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., except for public holidays. When picking up the ordered goods in the store, you can only pay in cash. If you would like to collect it in person, please contact us by phone or e-mail to arrange an appointment.

3. The delivery time is The order processing time is given directly next to each product and ranges from 1 to 21 days. The delivery time depends on the selected form of delivery and is: up to 48 hours in the case of the DPD courier company in the territory of the Republic of Poland, the delivery time for shipments is available at www.dpd.pl and fedex.com In special cases, delivery time may be extended

The order data and the General Terms and Conditions (sales regulations) are recorded, secured and made available via e-mail. You can view previous orders within your account after logging in.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are calculated in the basket and depend on the weight of the order and the shipping country.
